Your first visit, without the guesswork.

No clipboard surprises, no upsell room, no pressure. Here's exactly what to expect — from the moment you book to the moment you leave with a plan.

What to expect

Your consultation, step by step.

Plan on about 60 minutes for your first visit. Bring your insurance card if applicable, and a list of any concerns you want to address. The rest is on us.

Step 01

Book online

Pick your slot on the online scheduler — no phone calls, no waiting room hold. Confirmation arrives by text immediately. A short intake form comes with it.

Step 02

Digital smile preview

Dr. Jackson & Dr. Norris photographs your smile and maps a digital preview on screen. You see the proposed result — shape, shade, proportion — before any decision is made.

Step 03

Honest conversation

Dr. Jackson & Dr. Norris walks through your options, realistic timelines, and honest cost ranges in plain English. Questions are genuinely encouraged. Zero upsell pressure, ever.

Step 04

Your written plan

You leave with a written treatment plan, cost estimate with insurance breakdown, and financing options — and a clear next step whenever you're ready.

Insurance & Financing

Most PPO plans welcome. Financing from Day 1.

Bring your insurance card and we'll verify your benefits before you sit down. Cosmetic work (veneers, whitening) is typically elective — we'll itemize what's covered and what isn't before any commitment.

CareCredit, Proceed Finance, and in-house payment plans are available for elective cosmetic work. Ask at your consultation for current options and terms.

First visit FAQ

Questions we hear from new patients.

For a purely cosmetic consultation (veneers, whitening, smile design), we typically don't need full X-rays at the first visit — we're focused on the aesthetic plan. If treatment will involve structural work (implants, crowns, bonding near the gum line), we'll take the necessary digital X-rays at that stage.
Plan on 60 minutes for a full cosmetic consultation — that includes smile photography, the digital preview, a frank conversation about options and costs, and time for your questions. Complex full-makeover consultations can run up to 90 minutes.
That's perfectly fine — and actually common. Many patients arrive knowing only that they're unhappy with something specific (staining, gaps, chips) without knowing what treatment fits. Dr. Jackson & Dr. Norris will walk through every relevant option and help you understand the trade-offs. You leave with information, not a decision you were pushed into.
Absolutely. Smile transformations are significant decisions and we're happy to have your support person in the room. Just let the front desk know when you book so we seat everyone comfortably.
